Custom Sleep Plan Only
Using the information you provide in the sleep questionnaire, I take your child and family's needs into account and combine that with ALL the components of successful sleep to create a plan that not only helps get your child to sleep and stay asleep, but teaches you how to identify exactly what your child truly needs from you at any given time.
Does not include a phone consultation or follow-up text support (can be added at a later time for additional cost if requested).

Custom Sleep Plan + Implementation Call

Using the information you provide in the sleep questionnaire, I take your child and family's needs into account and combine that with ALL the components of successful sleep to create a plan that not only helps get your child to sleep and stay asleep, but teaches you how to identify exactly what your child truly needs from you at any given time.
We then get on a 30-minute call to cover the plan in detail and ensure you walk away confident and ready to implement. This package does not include any text support.
Ask Me Anything Call
Do you have a few sleep-related questions about your child, but don't need a full plan or sleep support? This call is for just that!
During this call we can discuss anything related to your child's sleep (Newborn to 5 years old) whether you have questions about their schedule, sleep environment or anything else.
This option does not include ongoing support, just the 45-minute zoom or phone call (whichever is your preference).

Nope! While cry it out works and may be the right option for some parents, I do not use it with any of my clients or in any of my sleep plans. I find that it's unnecessary when there are other sleep training methods that are just as effective and are more comfortable for both parents and child.
This all depends on your starting point and your level of committment to following the plan. Most parents will see drastic improvement in sleep in just a couple of nights.
Yes, you can! I have a podcast episode about this that you should totally check out. Long story short, breastfed babies are fully capable of being sleep trained and of sleeping independently. There are some factors to consider when it comes to mom's supply, but we will work together to ensure you have a plan that supports your breastfeeding goals.
Absolutely! Just reach out to me at marli@yourworldincolor.com and we will get you squared away.
